About

A US–Mexico bicultural consultancy built for industrial work.

Event Horizon AI builds and operates AI-and-supply-chain solutions for industrial clients. We are bicultural by construction — operating natively across both business cultures, languages, legal frameworks, and customs regimes. Not a translation layer. A native one on both sides.

What we operate today.

Humanoid Supply Chain — Mexico

We help US humanoid robotics companies build a Mexico-based supply chain for the components they need now. Validation phase: 90-day plan with binary kill criteria.

Operating principles

How we work — with and without consulting theatre.

Industrial-grade execution

We measure delivery in shipped systems, hours saved, and processes governed. Not slides. Not pilots. Production-grade from day one of any engagement.

Honest scoping

The fastest path to credibility with industrial clients is being explicit about your edges. We tell you up front what we cannot deliver — so the conversation about what we can deliver moves at speed.

Cross-border by default

Both practices are structurally cross-border: AI agents that operate across languages and time zones; humanoid supply chain that works across the US-Mexico-USMCA frame. Border-aware is the default mode.

Capital-light intermediation

For both practices, we operate as orchestrators — not as factories, not as agencies-of-record. We design, build, and operate the connective layer where the value concentrates.

Compliance-first

Trade compliance, data protection, audit traceability, and regulatory clarity are scoped into the work from day one. Not retrofitted at the end. Compliance-first is cheaper than compliance-later.

Validation discipline

New initiatives have published kill criteria. We do not keep ventures alive at clients' expense. The Humanoid Supply Chain practice has a binary month-6 test — written down, shared with anyone who asks.

Bicultural by construction

Operating natively on both sides of the border.

Event Horizon AI does not have a "Mexico office" and a "US office" with translation between them. We have a single team that thinks in both languages, operates under both legal frameworks, and navigates US business culture and Mexican business culture as a default condition of work.

For our AI Agents practice, that means deploying systems that handle WhatsApp-first communication for Mexican clients and email-first communication for US clients without retrofitting the architecture per region.

For the Humanoid Supply Chain practice, it means we navigate USMCA rules of origin, IMMEX program requirements, anti-transshipment enforcement, Mexican SAT auditing posture, and CBP enforcement trajectory in the same conversation. No handoff between specialists. The entire scope lives with the team that runs the engagement.
